About MIRA Estate
MIRA Estate is a Maltese property portal launched in May 2026, built to make searching for property in Malta and Gozo clearer, faster and more transparent.
Our mission
Searching for a home in Malta usually means checking several agency websites, each with its own layout, filters and wording. We started MIRA to bring that scattered inventory into one place, with consistent information and a search that works the way people actually look for property.
We want buyers, tenants and investors to be able to compare listings quickly: see the price, the location, the size and the photos at a glance, and contact the agency that holds the property. We also want agencies to have a modern, fair showcase for their stock.
We use technology, including AI-assisted matching, to help people describe what they want and be told when something suitable appears. We use data to explain the market, not to hide it: the figures we publish come from the listings on our own platform and are explained on our methodology page.
MIRA is independent and focused on Malta and Gozo. We are not a bank, a notary or a law firm, and nothing on the site is legal or financial advice.
Our data
MIRA works with partner agencies and private owners in Malta and Gozo. Agencies publish their properties on MIRA, and the listings are refreshed regularly so the inventory stays current. Every listing links back to the agency or owner who holds it.
Prices on the site are asking prices set by the agency or owner. Market figures that MIRA publishes are calculated from active listings and are not transaction prices; the full explanation is on our methodology page.
