Mira is an online property portal that enables real estate agencies, developers, landlords and private property owners to publish property listings, and allows buyers, renters and investors to search for properties in Malta and Gozo.

Mira acts solely as an intermediary platform. Mira does not own, sell, rent or manage any of the properties listed on the Platform. All listings are published by third-party agencies or individuals who are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their content.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Mira name, logo, design, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of Mira and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users and partners are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying or exploiting any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of Mira.

Property listings, photos and descriptions published by partner agencies remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. By submitting content to the Platform, partners grant Mira a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display such content on the Platform.

  • Any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on its content
  • Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues or maintenance
  • Any transactions, agreements or disputes between users and property owners or agencies
